Service Center No Cloud Connection

Hello All.

Just getting back into the swing of things with +1.

The service center is a new feature to me, however it states there is now cloud connection so will not automatically update?
I'm connected to the net so any ideas what could be wrong guys?

The only thing with the software I can think of is to go to Tool->License Manager and make sure it's got a license.  Otherwise I'd check your firewall and antivirus software.
