HMR MAX COUNT ROTARY ENCODER

Hey Guys,

does anyone knows where to get the HMR service tool file to set the maximum count of the rotary encoder?

as per datasheet there is one, I just cannot figure out where to get it from.

Hi,

Check under the hardware tab under HMx. Find the Misc Files folder.



Right click on the file and select Copy To Clipboard.
Then open PLUS+1 Service Tool and create a new service application. Right click on the parameters page and then choose Import from clipboard.

that works, I tried it before just by double click but it did not work becuase it was not the correct procedure
