PVG32 PVEM Proportional actuation
PARK JONG SOO:
There has not been a problem so far to control PVG32 with PLUS+1 Micro Controller using PVEH proportional atuation.
However, if PVEM proportional atuation are used, the problem that the signal becomes unstable takes place.
Could you please tell me what the reason is?
(I’ve controlled it using the ‘PVE DRIVE’ of ‘FB Library’ which is in the PLUS GUIDE.)
Stefan:
Hello,
The output from the PLUS+1 controller is a PWM-signal usually 4 kHz. The filter on the input of the PVEM is not able to suppress this frequency enough so is will interfere in the control of the valve.

PARK JONG SOO:
Hello Stepan,
Thank you for reply my topic right away
As far as I know, if PVEM proportional atuation are used, the output from the PLUS+1 controller is voltage signal.
PVEM is converts voltage to generate energy ON/OFF signal.
PVEH is converts voltage to generate energy PWM-signal.
Best regards.
Park
Stefan:
Hello,
It's the PVEO that works as on/off with 2 output pins. One for port A and one for port B on the valve.

Hi everyone,
I am a novice pvg32 user.
My PVG32 five bank system currently has all PVEM coils.
Lets say if one of the PVEM coils becomes spoilt,
(Lets assume say there is currently no stock for a PVEM coil at hand, and would take some time to indent one)
Can i use a PVEH to fill in the job of the PVEM ?
What would be the result?
Can anyone help me here?
Thanks a lot.
