Window too large for screen
« on: April 03, 2013, 04:35:59 PM »
Hi.

I installed +1 guide service tool 6.0.8.2 on a new Acer laptop. The display is small, widescreen, resolution 2048x1200.
We tried to download new software in a +1 controller. Then we got the window that shows the difference in the parameters, that is shown before the program is to be downloaded. But that window is larger than the screen. So we was not able to press OK. And it was not possible to resize the window. So we could not download the program.

Does somebody know of any work-around? Or should we kindly ask Sauer-Danfoss to make the window resizeable in the next version of the service tool?

See attached screenshot.

Hi 240!

I have asked the developers, I'll let you know what they say.

Hi again!

The OK button is selected by default so pressing Enter will accept the default settings and continue the file download.
The dialog is 832x676 so it should fit when using a 2048x1200 resolution. We will address this issue and make this dialog resizeable.

If all goes well it will be included in the next release later this month.

Best regards // Thomas
