CS500: No current config was found

Yesterday, I was trying to use the unit on one of our vehicles but I wasn't getting any data.
I had it working a few months ago during bench testing.

It acts like it doesn't have a configuration, so I tried to download the configuration and I get the following message:

V2: Device Service: NO CURRENT CONFIG WAS FOUND FOR THIS DEIVCE, DEVICE WAS REQESTED TO SEND ITS LATEST CONFIG, PLEASE TRY AGAIN AFTER SOMETIME.

Well, it's working again.  I did nothing special except wait a day and attempted to download again.  This time it worked.
