I agree with Tom, just turn off the warning and ensure you have the "Zoom to fit graphical code" option checked.

I move my drawing completely outside of the boundary if it doesn't fit nicely, not worth the time to try to compress/nest things to fit an arbitrary scale.

Just don't go overboard writing your whole program on one page.
