Import Text into existing Display Text list

I have a number of extra messages I need to transfer from an another project. 
If there is not a text ID assigned on the new project the data will not import from a comma delimited file. It says OK but nothing is there even if you assign the number sequence in the file.

The workaround is to create a folder for import.
Then add text lines with only the ID number-no text. When you add a text the new ID will be in the upper left-copy that ID as the subject. Save and add ID's as needed.

Export the text file and sort in numerical order. Replace the number-only lines with the new name and associated comma-delimited text.
Import the file and the name and the name is automatically assigned in place of the number.

Saves time.

as I understand you. you create placeholders, copy text in extern program from old project to new project, unsing e.g. excel, and then import it in your application.
