Will a goodly chunk of Danfoss PLUS+1 / Electronics people be at Con Expo this year?  I know we've got some pretty big (for us) PLUS1 customers with booths there that I'll be connecting with, but I wouldn't mind connecting with some Danfoss folks as well.  Feel free to send me a PM if you want to get together.  Personally, I'll just be there 3/16 and leaving 3/18.

PLUS+1 Compliant Hardware / Re: Using Sensor_3Pt with Joystick JS6000

Here is calculation detail see picture.

From those calculates I think the range and unit of sensor_3Pt are 10000 and 0.01.

Both real and calculate result are the same.

With bests regards

Hello sir

Thank you very much for your answer but I am not satisfied with your calculations because first your formulas is different than in Sensor_3Pt remark.
This is Danfoss problem.

First the formulas are different in manual and in plus+1 guide.
The second Mid Dbnd% and Hi/Lo Dbnd% their range is 5000 but their unit is 0.01%.   I think it must be 0.02%.
It not possible to be same as LoCal% or MidCal% or HiCall and Fault because their range is 10000  and their unit is 0.01%

In my case if I use Plus+1 guide sensor_3Pt with the yellow remark formula with unit=0.02 as shown in my last picture I found good result as my joystick real measure.  You can see the picture below.

As conclusion
There are some mistake in manual and in plus +1 guide formula.
The plus+1 guide sensor_3Pt remark formula is correct but the unit is not correct.  It's most be 0.02.
Or keep the unit 0.01% but change range from 5000 to 10000.  Depending how it's programmed inside.

I hope Danfoss corrects its mistakes in the future

I also hope that this exercise is beneficial for other users.

With best regards

Whenever I've used the Set Pulse component I trigger it using a button in an Advanced Service Tool page.  I don't recall if you can do it in a Basic page or not.

Hi Scott,

Good idea to start a new thread, I have the same issue but with different hardware SC050-122. For me the fix from Tor is also not working only reducing. I also noticed that some pins are more sensitive to produce a status bit 8 error than others.
I will try your solution as well, but this isn't a fix which is going to work for me in order to be compliant with the requirements from the functional safety standard. I'm also in contact with Danfoss to solve this issue. I will post my findings as well.
