Pulse which holds sinal for duration even if input signal goes T/F.

ET:
The help docs state that the Pulse component will output false if the input goes T/F during the hold time.
Is there another component which will continue to output true for the entire hold time, even if the input goes T/F during the hold time?
If not, is there an easy way to wire this function up using other components?

Use a positive transition into a delay off and you can set the length of pulse to whatever you want regardlees of the input state.
