What GUIDE version are you using?
Classic or Vector-based screen editor?
How far have you gotten, and where exactly are you getting stuck?
Are you unable to import an image?
Or are you having trouble with the logic to selectively turn on & off the image in the program?

See also the "Screen Editors" section of the user manual (GUIDE menu item Help->User Manual), in particular search for "Edit Image Window".

All the DP250's I have seen only run in the classic editor mode.
So first thing you need to do is to setup the display area, then you can start designing what you want shown on the screen.
Which is done by Importing images, creating text, that you then am able to drag into the screen area.

And then you can enable what images/text/display areas that you want shown.
